Shipping Information

Most of the Gazebos that are purchased online will require shipping to a location. These Gazebos are shipped through a common carrier as they are too large and weigh too much to be shipped UPS. All of the Gazebos, Playsets, and Outdoor Furniture are packed by using pallets to assure the safest way to receive your structure. If you do not want to cut the bands and unload the structure yourself then there will be an additional $85.00 lift gate fee that will allow the driver to set the pallets on the ground. You will need 2 strong individuals to unload the truck as the driver is not responsible for any unloading. Please understand that we use the heaviest #1 Kiln dried pine available and we use bigger lumber than most Gazebo companies and because of this you may be paying more for shipping but you are getting a Structure that is not only built to 140 mph Hurricane codes with heavier wood but you will also receive a large amount of connectors, stainless steel screws, and lag bolts for strength and uplift. Most Gazebo companies will tell you that 1 person can unload and build this Gazebo in 6 hours, not ours! You will need at least 2 strong men and a full day if not 2 days to assemble the Gazebo and add all of the hardware required. Our Gazebos are built to last for many many years. In most cases, our Gazebos weigh in at a minimum of 2000 lbs. and go up from there depending on the size and roof components that you choose. Shipping is calculated by weight, not footage, so please take into consideration when you order your Gazebo that there will be an additional S/H of approx. $700.00 depending on what coast you are on and the fuel prices.
